Eligibility for Application
Master
Foreigners whose parents are also foreigners
Those who already received (or expects to receive before Aug 31, 2012) a Bachelor’s degree, or whose educational credential is authorized by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Korea to be equal to a Bachelor’s degree
Those who have at least TOPIK Level 2, TOEFL CBT 120, iBT 40, TOEIC 500, TEPS 400 or any other official English language certificate authorized by the nation to be equal to the above tests (The certificate should be less than 2 years from the admission date)
Those who have an academic advisor (Contact a professor refer to our homepage and discuss the admission in advance)
Doctoral
Foreigners whose parents are also foreigners

Discount : 40% discount for university students (e.g. Swimming: US $30 per month)

International Hall
Facilities : Global Lounge, International House, Office of International Affairs & Education (International Student Counseling Center), Language Education Center, International Conference Hall, Cafe, etc.
Benefit : All facilities and services related to international students are gathered and processed in one place. (One-stop Service)
International Student Orientation
Participants : All new comers
Things covered : City of Ulsan, University of Ulsan, Academic Affairs, Immigration Services, Criminal Affairs, Living Information, Korean Buddy, Meeting with current students, etc.
Benefit : Active interaction with Korean students through the buddy program
International Student Assistants
Purpose : To provide prompt and customized services to international students (Support for the settlement)
Assistants : One male and one female (Good in English, Residing in on-campus dorm to provide 24-hour service to international students)
International Student Counseling Service
International Student Counseling Center : Official counseling service available by the International Student Advisor, Located in the Office of International Affairs & Education
Dormitory Counseling : Frequent counseling service available by the international student assistants through visiting each room
International Representative Meeting : Held once a month by the International Student Advisor, Issues related to international students are discussed
International Student Supporting Events
Chuseok & Lunar New Year’s dinner party for international students
Industrial visits in collaboration with local industries
Korean language & Culture education program
International student sports and food festival
Important Notes
Application, Study Plan and Personal Statement must be filled out either in Korean or English, and they must be typed and printed out except for the signatures.
Any false in the submitted documents result in the disqualification of the admission.
English name must be same as written in the passport.
Applying major need to be exact as shown in the above academic program
The name of the department graduated, year of graduation, score of the GPA must be exact as shown in the certificates.
Mailing address needs to be accurate.
Degree certificates and transcripts issued outside of Korea need to be translated into either Korean or English if they are in other languages, and must receive the Apostille Verification (or Korean Consular Officer Verification).
Letter of Recommendation must be original with signature and needs to be properly sealed.
Documents only issued within 3 months are applicable.
All submitted documents are not returnable. The university may request the applicants to submit supplemental documents during the admission process.
